Cancellation Policy

We offer complimentary inspections to assess wildlife or pest concerns and provide recommended next steps. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure availability for all customers, please review the following policy. Booking a Free Inspection Free inspections can be scheduled online or by phone. Appointment windows are based on technician availability and service area. You’ll receive a confirmation once your inspection is booked, along with any preparation steps if needed. Appointment Windows Inspection times are scheduled within an arrival window. Our team will do their best to arrive within that timeframe and will notify you if delays occur. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another customer. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice: no charge. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: may result in a service fee or may require a credit card to rebook a free inspection. Access to Property Please ensure we can access all necessary areas at the scheduled time (attic, crawlspace, yard, etc.). If we are unable to complete the inspection due to lack of access or pets not secured, the visit may be treated as a missed appointment. Service Area & Eligibility Free inspections are available within our standard service area for residential properties. Commercial properties or locations outside our service area may require a fee. Follow-Up Estimates After your inspection, we will provide a recommended treatment or exclusion plan with pricing. There is no obligation to move forward with services.
